There is a 48 hour cancellation policy however 24 hour cancellations will be considered on a personal basis. I know that life is busy and things come up for everyone, but for those of us that this is our livelihood, It’s important for us to have your continued understanding and support. If your appointment is not canceled in a timely manner, you will be charged 50% of that service fee. No shows are charged 100%. If it is a reoccurrence, you will be charged a no-show fee in addition to a 50% deposit for any future appointments.
